Today on the Be Well with Dr. Nell podcast. Dr. Nell Smircina is talking with Mitra Silva, the founder of Simour Design.

Prior to founding Simour Interior Design, I spent years working at HLW, an award-winning design company. As a member of their design team, I was involved in design development for Walt Disney®, ESPN®, HBO®, Intuit®, and Equinox®. Since then, I have worked independently on upscale hospitality, commercial and residential projects.
